During labour activity in 2003-2010 took part in realisation of
IT Projects as the participant of a command and as the head.
Key projects:
03.2004 - 01.2006 Introduction of bank information complex IB
System Object BIC IBSO of firm TSFT (it is constructed on DB
Oracle) in a filial network of the Ural bank of the Savings Bank
of Russia in territory of the Chelyabinsk area in a command from
more than 15 experts.
The purpose: Optimization of administration of access rights.
Solved problems: process Optimization on automatic creation of
users in a DB (in branch from 100 to 300 users), operative
appointment of the rights and privileges, testing and optimisation of the rights.
Performance stages: 1. Definition and formation of groups of
access rights for users of branch depending on an accessory to
division, a post and the assigned duties. 2. Web-interface
working out (CGI: Apache, Perl) for automation of process of
creation of users, appointment of the rights as it and
privileges. Cгенерированные SQL-inquiries, procedures PL/SQL
were executed with reference to test, and then to a working DB
(Oracle). 3. Optimisation of access rights and their reduction
to a rational kind.
In further, after introduction БИК IBSO, was responsible for an
order, the access control to information resources of the
working scheme of a complex.
06.2004 - 11.2006 Participation in completion БИК IBSO for bank
divisions: Sector of securities, Economic planning
administration, Sector of corporate clients and budgets,
Department of currency and uncommercial operations.
The purpose: Rendering of qualitative services to end users of
business divisions and users of auxiliary divisions of bank
regarding functioning БИК IBSO.
Solved problems: Completion of functional kernel БИК IBSO by the
built in means of a complex - PL/Plus (superset PL/SQL). Working
out of forms of account by means Oracle Reports, Crystal
Reports. Designing of the automated workplace within the limits
of БИК IBSO for economic management. Formation of technical
projects on complex completion. Training of users БИК IBS.
Performance course: On the basis of demands for completion БИК
IBSO from outside divisions of end users the analysis of a
complex for the purpose of definition least затратного incident
decisions under the following scheme was carried out: 1.
Instructions to users about presence of existing alternative
possibility of the decision of a problem, 2. Working out,
testing and introduction of reports, representations on test
base (for single use), on working base (for regular use), 3.
Working out, testing and introduction of tables, operations,
procedures.
After successful testing of the developed functional kernel,
накат completions on working base it was co-ordinated with the
Ural bank of the Savings Bank of Russia (Ekaterinburg).
Further tracing of work of introduced subsystems, their
optimisation and completion in case of need was made.
For performance of the given problems specialised programming
language PL/Plus (PL/SQL), PL/SQL was used; generators of
reports Oracle Reports, Crystal Reports; means of working out
PL/SQL Developer, SQL Navigator; visual system of working out
БИК IBSO - module "Manager".
Regularly carried out training of groups of users concerning the
general questions of work in БИК IBSO. Made testing of new
employees.
11.2006 - 10.2007 Participation in the organisation of
information structure of branch.
The purpose: Construction of an information field for effective
performance of business processes by employees of branch,
additional office and remote points.
Solved problems: the Organization of communication channels
(including reserve); construction of the uniform centre of a
data storage (ЦХД) and a data-processing centre (ЦОД) at branch
level; work on construction of a local network of branch;
interaction with the organisations on rendering of telematic
services, suppliers, counterparts; optimisation of the budget of
department. The organisation of the uniform automated system of
an exchange of the information with ЦБРФ. The conclusion of
contracts with ЦБРФ.
Performance course: During the organisation of communication
channels the choice of the provider of services in a zone of
presence of branch has been made. At partial participation of
experts of head bank network planning, negotiation, project
budgeting, the performance control, adjustment of a part of the
equipment has been spent. At personal participation contracts
are concluded, working capacity of communication channels is
tested, the basic are adjusted ИТ services (two domains of wood
AD, DNS, DHSP, FRS, reserve copying, VPN, FTP). As the terminal
decision of access to IT Resources it is used MS Terminal Server
and Citrix PS 4.0. As clients thin Windows-clients (stations
with established Windows CE 4.2/5.0) are chosen. As post system
work on MS Exchange 2003 is adjusted.
At personal participation the automated system of an exchange by
documents with ЦБРФ (АРМ_КБР, ПТК_ПСД, Verba, the Signature, SVK,
ТБСВК Contracts) is adjusted - within operational day all works
without participation of experts. The system of reserve
restoration of servers, workplaces is adjusted and tested. For
maintenance of system of information interchange from the
Central Bank of the Russian Federation corresponding contracts
have been concluded.
At present the information structure of branch (including
interaction with ЦБРФ) is in a mode of current support.
11.2006 - Support of the automated bank system (АБС) New Athena.
The purpose: Rendering of qualitative services to end users of
business divisions and users of auxiliary divisions of bank
regarding functioning АБС New Athena.
Solved problems: Training and user support in work with modules
ABS New Athena: Credits, Contracts on settlement service,
Deposits, Cash desk, Settlement service, Invoices, Transport
systems. Working out of forms of account.
Performance course: In November, 2006 and June, 2007 was trained
in head bank on work in АБС New Athena and to an order of
support of users. The knowledge base by work rules in АБС, to
features of updatings of the system, typical errors of users and
non-standard situations is organised. According to the accepted
demands support and training of users on work in corresponding
directions is carried out. By means of built in in АБС the
module "Manager of reports" some tens forms of account are
created, finished, adjusted and adhered to documents. In working
out of reports contents of positions of the Central Bank of the
Russian Federation were considered: 302-P (About rules of
conducting book keeping in the credit organisations), 2-П
(Position about clearing settlements), 283-P, 254-P (the Order
of formation of reserves on possible losses), 39-P (Charge of
percent on the involved and placed means).
