Responsibilities:

1. Tactical and strategic control of the IT department.

2. Planning, development, implementation and support of information systems in the branch.

3. Development of strategy for the branch (in common with the higher department).

4. Implementation in the branch, supporting, revision the automatic bank-system �New Athena� (built on Oracle 9i) in compliance with the business process standards.

5. Designing a structured cable system (SCS), organization a redundant communication channel; installation, adjustment and administration Win2k3, (RedHat - Fedore Core), Exch2k3, Cisco, AD, DNS, FTP, DHCP, DFS, VPN,�terminal access Windows and Citrix.

6. The information security policy development.

7. Division budgeting, activity planning, connection with providers.

8. Organization of information support, of technical support of users (including software: BSS-System v.3, 1C 8.1, Open Way System)

Projects

1. Implementation of the information structure of the branch in accordance with ITIL\ITSM concept.

2. The information security policy development in the brunch.

3. Developing long-term planning of budget in the brunch.

4. Developing an automatic system of data exchange with Bank of Russia.

5. Performing application design activities (Borland C++ Builder 6) for optimization work-process of the retail business department.

Results: 

1. Information structure of the branch is deduced in the current maintenance mode. During the next few years will be need only in constant control and in current maintenance.

2. Creating steady, scalable Local Area Network of the branch (partially based on Virtual Private Network).

3. Creating the data center and the storage center.

4. No downtime in business-department work-process because of IT department faults. Absence of data loss and absence an unauthorized access.

5. Implementing application, reports for the automatic bank-system �New Athena� (built on Oracle 9i).

6. Optimization, reduction of costs of the department.

7. An automatic system of data exchange with Bank of Russia was implemented.

8. Economic knowledge was got. Knowledge was got in banking (Regulations and guidance of Bank of Russia; VISA).

The senior engineer of Department of introduction and support of the automated control systems of computer science and automation of bank works

Responsibilities:

1. Introduction, maintenance, reworking bank systems BIC IBSO (built on Oracle) in  branches

2. Introduction and maintenance of the software the client/server (C ++),

3. Reports (Oracle, Crystal reports) development for performance of responsibilities by the various bank departments (economical, cash, credit),

4. Creating technical design documents. Prepares appropriate documentation for new or existing systems, including software release documentation to other technology areas.

5. Design, create, modify and review software for assigned systems.

Projects:

1. Participation in a command on introduction automatic bank system BIC IBSO (built on Oracle) in the branches of the Ural Bank of the Savings Bank of Russia in the territory of Chelyabinsk area,

2. Development of reports (Oracle Reports, Crystal Reports), development of  applications on Oracle/PL SQL (PL/Plus), development of scripts for the needs of business units.

3. The project management �Support and completion Operational Day of Bank� (FoxPro v. 2.6) for the front-office bank department,

4. The project management �Introduction, maintenance and rework �Information Help System for support credit operations�(VFoxpro 7) program for credit department of the Bank.

 Results:

1. Successful transfer all branches of the Bank (more than 20 branches) on uniform system of data processing BIC IBSO,

2. I got Oracle and PL/SQL developer process experience.

3. I got theoretical knowledge of  ETL and Oracle XML.

4. I received the experience of understanding of economic processes in a bank.

5. I got good knowledge of modeling database process.

6. Successful introduction the information subsystem (based on Oracle) for Economic department of the bank.

7. Develop software to departmental standards. This involves the resolution of faults, development of enhancements or integration with other systems.
